To ensure a compelling and conversion-focused user experience that met target audience goals as well as the objectives of the business partnership between Hearst Autos (Black Book) and Equifax, Merit Mile conducted a usability test on the new Black Book + Equifax Credit Application User Interface. The process included several onsite focus groups comprised of nearly 50 members of the broadest target audience cross-section, professional focus group moderation, testing and summary findings, as well as strategic recommendations for the beta and production launch of the application.
